Dont know if I should settle my CC debt or go into debt management

I have four Credit cards- two with five hundred dollar limit, one with two thousnd dollar limit, and one with twenty five hundred dollar limit. I am late making oayments and am overlimit on all of them. I was wondering if I should settle the two with a five hundred dollar limit as I could afford that and do debt management with the other two. I m living off of social security and only get a few hundred dollars a month. Any advice?

bumping for advice for you...please read the other threads here.....I did a combination of things to settle my debt....I don't know if they will settle much on small amounts ....my husband's debt was pretty large....but I would try.....how late are your payments?
