Ok so i have posted here before about this law firm coming after me for old sears debt. I have met with there lawyer and turned down the settlement because she has insufficient info and i wanna fight this. The law clerk handling the case said i needed to submit in legal form everthing that i am requesting from them information wise and they have a certain amount of time to respond back for information from me. Does anyone know how to format this letter i asked if it was debt validation but the law clerk said were beyond that point.. if anyone can help im a single Dad that cant afford another monthly payment right now
I haven't come across any such letters, which you may be able to
I haven't come across any such letters, which you may be able to use for your purpose. In the letter you can request the law firm to provide you with information on the debt. I think, you should consult an attorney to help you in forming this letter.
They said that it would be as if i was a lawyer writing to them
They said that it would be as if i was a lawyer writing to them asking for all the info on the case and i asked if it was that debt validation form that is posted on here and the law clerk said no that it needed to be structured in some way..
