I was given a pin number to make arrangements to pay off a bill. I have lost my pin number and I am not able to contact the person I need to contact to make sure my payments are being made. Please call me at personal information removed. to discuss this matter further. I would like to get this dept paid.

You are mistaking this community for the credit card company's site. This is a debt help community where people discuss there queries on debt problems. You can call your creditor, and talk to him about this problem.
