Is This Debt Settlement valid

I just recieved a settlement letter from Collectcorp who is representing bank of america. I want to accept their offer but I am not sure if the letter is worded to include the full debt or can they still come after me for more later. The letter is word exactly like the one show here: http://www.debtfreeleague.com/collect_corp.html As you can see no where does it say FULL amount.

However, before you can agree to this, and make the payments, do talk to Bank of America. Ask them if they have handed over the debt to Collectcorp. You also need to pull your credit report to check if the collection agency is listed against your BOA account.
Another thing that I would like to mention is that if the account number in the letter is your's then please remove it for safety purposes. You can copy the letter, and attach it with your post. While copying remove the account number.
Have you verified that Collectcorp is collecting on behalf of BO
Have you verified that Collectcorp is collecting on behalf of BOA, or that they (Collectcorp) own the debt? Definitely call BOA BEFORE you finalize this settlement, contact BOA collections department.
