Yes I have heard of them and dealt with them..if you send them a DV letter demanding a payment history, licensing for them and my cash now etc etc...they may respond with a print out of the internet contract but if you counter with the fact that the interest my cash now is charging in your state (and give them exact numbers)is illegal they'll run for the hills...dont let them try and push you around they are a bottom feeder attempting to collect on illegal loans..they know it too...they are just hoping you dont...
