I'm getting my wages garnished my H&H and was wondering if I'm in any way able to ask them if I can pay it off but make a deal with them.
No, if they are garnishing then they have a court order to do so

Getting out of debt, if you want to stop garnishment you will have to talk to H&H. If they agree to take your payments, only then will the garnishment stop. However, it is very hard to make the creditor or collection agency agree to a payment plan in order to stop garnishment.
If you succeed in getting H&H agree to your request, get the agreement in writing. Also keep proof of your payments.
