I rec'd letter of verification for credit card debt from Javitch Block & Rathbone for debt I owe on a Chase Card. It is from a failed business that I closed some time ago. When I contacted them they offered a settlement in a lump sum or a twelve month payment plan for almost $500. a month. I do not have that kind of money and they said the company that they represent will not negotiate. They have given me till June 28th to reply but I had a missed call on my phone from them today when I was out of the house. I need some advice please!
