I have been reading a lot of bad comments about this William Sokol and i am so afraid that he is going to file a judgement against me. I tried to do a pmt plan and he keeps forcing a suit or a judgement against me. What am i to do. I want to pay but then a gain i dont want any bad things on my credit. I cant find him the the BBB and im just lost. He does not want to work with me at all. I dont understand. SOmeone please help me

Some attorneys aren't on the BBB. Try your state's (or his state if he's not licensed in your state) Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. If that state doesn't have a specific website for attorneys try the website for the state's Supreme Court as all attorneys are officers of their state's court.
