Have a judgement on me.

The Bureau ( as they like to be called) was able to get an false judgement on me after I went bankrupt and was discharged. The debt was with Wells Fargo and was for a line of credit for the Corperation of Go Express,Inc as a signing officer and the financial party, they came after me. This is totaly Go Express Inc debt. Was never properly served I was never served at all. Can they do this. I was not aware of this judgement until tryed to get credit and was deny. Kept trying to get the Experian to look at my papers and to have the light go on & read & see that this was put on after discharge. If I had the funds would have 4 maybe 5 Companies that would be in court. And one credit bureau. Sorry it's long but that was the condensed version. Thanks for having this web page. I was to call the bureau to have them remove the judgement but will try to have the Judge that issued , to remove & will again try Experian.
