Unhelpful RAB phone messages

Every friday for the last month or so I have come home to an automated phone message from RAB saying that a "p martin" from RAB is trying to collect a debt. they refer to me by my last name only (Ms. xxxxxxx) and leave no information that can help me figure out if this is legitimate. I have no known debts. They do not even leave a return phone number, so I'm trying to figure out if the this is legitimate and maybe someone's stolen my identity.

Theres another option. They are using skip tracing to try to contact another person. This process involves calling neighbors, friends, people with same last name, or in same geographical area. I doubt it is identity theft, Regional Adjustment Bureau are scum but not of that type. See what account they are calling about, or if it's even in your name. Either way, you may want to validate it. You can use one of the Cease and Desist templates to get them to stop calling.
