I have a loan through loanshop that I took out in June of 09 for $400. after looking at all my bank statements, I realized that I have paid them $1957 and I am still paying!!!! Help

You need to close that account immediately and get a live paycheck! What state do you live in? This lender is probably illegal and cannot collect anymore money from you! There are no states that permit that much interest! File a complaint with your states attorney general and also the attorney general where they are located if they are even in the US. Also the FTC and the Better Business Bureau! Write Loanshop a letter demanding a refund of your overpayment!
