My husband was served with paper's from LVNV Funding about a past account .The paper's stated just to respounce to the letter No court date's ,My husband just forgot about it ... And now I see on the court docket online that they went to court and won the jugdement .I would like to know how and how much they can garanish from my husband's paycheck ...Do the take info on how much we can pay ??
