i have 4 payday loans but one i have been paying 90.00since January2010 can they keep asking me to pay Ive paid 1100.00 now they threating to garnish and they keep processing a pre paid card that keeps declining Ive told them to stop using

Connecticut they have since sent me a e-mail letter stated paid in full how do i get reimbursed for over payment
