Follow up validation letter needed

Sorry. I'm trying to get an answer to this question: I received an answer to my request for DV, and it's just copies of my Ch 13 which never got completed.
I need a form letter like the original DV letter I have telling them that this is not validation. Anyone have one of these?? Thanks!
