I'm getting sued for 10k by Cach LLC. Should I try to set up payments or should I go to court? I need a maximum of 200 per month would they let me do that?

jed, it is better to set up a payment plan with Cach LLC. Judgment will hurt your credit, and it stays on the credit report for 7-10 years. However, whether or not they will agree to your payment plan depends on them. If they agree to the repayment plan, get the agreement in writing.
