Debt verification

I have not recieved a bill from the National Credit Systems but they have notified all 3 credit bureaus of a debt. I called to see if they can send me a statement of my account and I was told no. I hung up and they called me back and said that they can fax me a copy of the original amount due. This was a judgement for an eviction, I was under the assumption that the judgement took care of the debt. Please help what should I do????

However, if you are not sure about this debt, you can send a debt validation letter to National Credit Systems. Send the letter through certified mail, requesting a return receipt. If they fail to validate this debt, you can file dispute with the credit bureaus.
How would the judgement take care of the debt? Did you pay it?
How would the judgement take care of the debt? Did you pay it? I am assuming you were evicted...however there are often costs involved....breaking of a lease, damage fees....
