File a complaint against them with the FTC, and your Attorney General's office, this sounds like someone is trying to scam money out of you.

I had Payday Loan Yes calling me on a collections matter and the caller ID said Frontier Financial. However when asked what company they were with they stated First National. Then when asked for debt validation letter via USPS, they stated they were calling Payday Loan Yes.

Did the person who called you have a thick accent? Paydayloanyes is NOT licensed to lend anywhere in the U.S., in fact they aren't even located in the U.S. Frontier Financial is a collection agency, so, Paydayloanyes must have turned your loan over to collections. You need to tell them (Frontier Financial) that they are trying to collect on an illegal debt, you also need to remind them that they must comply with the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ), and that means they MUST send you a letter of collection via the mail within 5 days after their first initial contact with you.
