Creditor won't send any paperwork

what if the creditor is refusing to send you paperwork. he also claims he faxed it but nothing. i really want this off my credit.

Make sure you have some way of showing that you attempted to get the paperwork. Fax him and get a receipt with the date and time on it requesting that he resend the paperwork along with a copy of the fax receipt from the first transmission. This way if he sues you and claims that he repeatedly tried to send you stuff and you were uncooperative you can prove otherwise. I know you're not at that point yet, but it's always good to plan for just in case.
