He was lying about a court action. You cannot be taken into court on criminal charges for debt. You can be sued in civil court but only if a process server comes to your home and delivers a summons and complaint in accordance with your state's laws.

complete bullsh*t.another illegal threat from an illegal lender,or collector.next they are gonna tell you they will immediately garnish.fat chance as PA is a non-garnishment state.i see the reference to INDIA.then file a police report for the threat.then file an FTC complaint using the number you posted.then either ignore him,or laugh in his face.a scam in INDIA that can do nothing they threaten.btw this scam uses a signal bounce to give your caller id a US landline,but of you either *69 or *67 depends on your provider you will get a message stating you cannot do an automatic callback.another sign of a scam.

You need to contact Mcleodusa Telecommunication Services Inc. and let them know they are being used as a buffer by illegal payday lenders, McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services, Inc. aka PAETEC Communications Inc. is a Telephone Communications company.
