I searched these numbers on google, they could be either scammer
I searched these numbers on google, they could be either scammers trying to get money from you or "bottom feeder" collection people for payday loans. Quite possibly, even though they're using US phone numbers, they're not even located in this country.
I figured that and I'm sure that it is bottom feeder collection
I figured that and I'm sure that it is bottom feeder collection agencies. How do I handle this because they actually show up on caller id as 630-760-1110. They are actually leaving the other number as a callback number.

One of the many scams. "Legal Accounts Association" They're one of those companies that call and try to extort money from you claiming the police are coming to get you and you're going to be arrested for check fraud.

If they have no legitimate business with you, if you see either number on your caller ID, I'd just ignore the calls. Or if they manage to get through and start with their threats, hang up on them.
