Doing some research... couple of questions.

There isn't any list, we talked about it at one time, composing a list, but payday lenders change their names and addresses, or go out of business, or use dba's so often, it would be outdated too quickly.

Is there a ameriloan is MNE, etc. What I am trying to do is gather as much information on the names of campanies that are not licensed in any state to send to PA dept of banking so they can put out a warning to not do business with those companies. The only three I know for sure are the ones mentioned above as being Ameriloan/MNE, Paydayloanyes aka fastcash aka abcpayday, and zip19 aka northway financial. Are these the only three groups of companies or are there more out there that are based offshore.

You might check the BBB for addresses, then go to paydayloaninfo.org and check the licensee data base in the states they are located. I am sure there are many many more lenders who aren't licensed in the U.S. but I would need to put on my thinking cap lol and try to remember them all. One that comes to mind is "Emerald Marketing" (not licensed anywhere), perhaps others will read your thread and respond, keep checking back for more replies.
