I received the same msg, and they called my grandmother as well! I do not have a bank acct at all, so I called them to say they had the wrong person and to stop the harassment. I asked if I had called a law firm or debt collector and was told that they "do many different things". I provided the file # I was given, and was told I owed a debt on a credit card which I also did not have. I asked for proof with a signature and was told it was opened via internet. I still argued validity and he became very rude, threatened the debt would increase immensely and up on me! I called back and spoke with a manager to resolve the issue and complain about the behavior of the first guy. I got the same arrogant attitude and another threat that they would "give this to their lawyers" and then another hang up. These people are clowns! Now here's what's tricky, around the same time they claimed I opened this card, I did have some identity theft issues with my credit. However, they were handled directly with the credit bureaus and should no longer be active. This very well could have been one of those fraudulent accounts, but Ross Klein & Assoc did not give me the chance to explain this and either snapped at me or hung up on me every time I tried to talk. My point is, the info they have may have some degree of truth, but do not let them bully you into giving them money or even agreeing to anything. Do your own research and handle it yourself safely, and without the harassment and disrespect from these fools!

I wish I could find out who theses dam people are that are calling because they have got my phone from people that I knew 5 yrs ago. I have found out that they are in Aurora Co. I will find out there location and I will try and sue them, because they are harassing me all the time we have told them time and time again that there is no one person of that name here. and to stop. maybe my attorney can help me tomorrow.
