What if your account has been paid off and you would like that final Zero Balance letter and have not received it??

Well we had a payment agreement and I stuck with it and made all three payments so I was hoping to receive a zero balance receipt or letter Granted this was over a several years ago but it has been sold to a new collector and I need to find a way to prove that it was paid
