^^^The two above I found at the BBB, it's hard to know for sure which is a valid address, if any are at all, but if I were you, I would use the one I found in the DE licensee data base first. Or, shoot them an email, your chances are better using an email address with unlicensed lenders.

Thanks - I went ahead and sent my letters to each of them via email. (Had a total 8) Eastside and Cardinal have both already responded that they are legal lenders and that I must pay them. I told them that I will only pay the principal

I spoke with a gentleman from the PA Dept of Banking. He was very helpful and asked that I send copies of any documentation and emails from these people. They're really trying to go after them in PA.

I have a feeling I have a rough road ahead.

Just as a follow-up, I did find this NV address for Cardinal on the BBB and it's listed as a Payday Loan company. The original email to me from Cardinal was from NV, so I'm going with this address. Thanks again for the help!
