Does anyone have any hints with getting Excel Acquisitions off of my credit report? They have double dinged me for 20K, claiming the last activity was in 2007, when it was actually 1996.

Donny, Excel Acquisitions have illegally re-aged your debt. That is, they have changed the Date of Last Activity to that of a present one. You can file complaint about this with the State Attorney General, and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
