I had a loan with Payday One for $700 and paid over $800 and still owed $692 (how crazy is THAT). Anyway, once I closed my bank account and sent the letter letting them know that I knew they were illegal and had over paid, and demanded a PIF-- I got it! My current balance is ZERO.
Let's hope the others go that easily (I suspect they won't).
