what can be added to a chapter 7 after discharge and in what timeframe?

Nothing can be added after discharge of bankruptcy. A debt can be added in the bankruptcy while filing it. You need to provide more specific information on your debt, so that the members can properly guide you.

Looks like you can possibly re-open a Chapter 7 if the debt was incurred before the actual Bankruptcy was filed. Please read this links for a little more detail.
