I would like help in writing a second letter to a credit card company after they rejected first letter negotiating a settlement. (sample would be great.)

Sorry. I won't help with this only because it is a waste of time. The most effective way to settle a cc is live conversation. Once you reach a verbal agreement, the cc company will send a letter of confirmation to you. Good Luck
