Alliance Asset Management and Eastside Lenders

I have in the past disputed a loan with Eastside Lenders and got a paid in full letter from them dated 3/21/10. I have got a letter from Alliance Asset Management stating that I own on a loan in the amount of $682.50. Do I call them or how do I handle this?

I have the letter from Eastside stating that I paid in full but
I have the letter from Eastside stating that I paid in full but the collection agency is saying that I still owe on that. Should I just fax Alliance a copy of the letter or call them and explain it or are they difficult to handle.

How did they contact you? How ever they contacted you is how I would reply with the appropriate proof of payment.
