Alliance Asset Management is trying to collect on a loan that I have received a letter on as paid in full from Eastside Lenders. Can I file a complaint in regards to Alliance buying an illegal loan and what more should I do in regards to Alliance.

You cannot file a complaint against Alliance because they bought a loan that was already discharged.
What you need to do is send Alliance a letter requesting that they prove their right to collect on the loan, along with a copy of the letter from Eastside Lenders that proves that you have already paid in full on this debt.
Alliance will then have to deal with Eastside, which will cause as much trouble for both as you could wish.

alliance both buys, and is assigned pdls debts.i wouldn't trust either party.here is what i would do.first fax a copy of your PIF through eastside to alliance assett.then file complaints against eastside as they are at least for now the guilty party.if alliance comes back, and still tries to collect then file complaints, and send this unlicensed bottomfeeder a C&D letter.when it comes to both places adopt the DTA(don't trust anybody) stance with both places.

file AG complaints against eastside with your state AG.do the same with alliance, but also file an IL AG complaint as well.why?because unlike DE,the IL AG takes complaints seriously.
