payday loan when you dont pay it back

hi i wonder if any1 can help me i had a loan from toothfairy finance in uk and i didnt pay it back so they keep phoning me on withheld and letters and text messages saying there sending bailiffs out and the police can they do that? what can they do? i didnt like what they were saying to me on the phone the other day that bailiffs r coming

Sounds like plain rubbish and threats. First off the loan is with an offshore company? If this is the case and they have no license to do business in your state then they are SOL! No police will be flying from the UK to arrest you..LOL![/SIZE]

Do you remembered how much you borrowed and when? All you owe is the principal amount borrowed nothing else if they are not licensed. What state are you in?
