RBA - they are impossible to reach

How can you call the number back when it hangs up and tells you to hang up and call the operator for assistance. These people call us every day and sometimes 2-3 times aday. I can't seem to reach them through the number they leave and it is so annonying!

You said they call two or three times a day. Do you answer their calls? If they are leaving a message, and the callback number does nor work, then I wouldn't worry about it. It may be annoying, but if they want to make it impossible, then I would just ignore them until I had something in the mail.
