Platinum Service 80 debited my account and i dont even know who they are... I filed a fraud claim and blocked them, but will I get my money back?

Many banks will credit the money and give the "merchant" a period of time to prove their case! Usually 30 days. If they don't you are OK! If they do (not likely in this case) the bank will take the money back! That is how Bank of America does it anyway
