Does anyone have PDL Ventures email address they have a collection agency Frontier financial calling me and I'm in the State of New Jersey for a pada loan for $200 and they have drafted more than a $1000 and still says I owe 368.00...crazy!

Payday loans are prohibited in your state, see the link below:

Since you have more than paid them off, you need to close that account, it will never be safe again now that they have your account information, and I would push for a refund! The next time this collection agency calls you, tell them to send you a letter of collection via the mail, they are required to do so per the federal law (FDCPA) within 5 days of their first initial contact with you. However, this was not a legal loan to begin with, so there is no way they can collect on it, and I would tell them so. File complaints against pdlventures with the FTC, BBB and your attorney general's office, let them know that pdlventures has provided you a loan when in fact they shouldn't have, due to the payday loan laws, also make sure you make it known when you file these complaints that you have paid far more than you ever should have.
