They put a levy on our checking account and we draw ss and iv been sending payments every month i havent miss a payment one they didnt even tell us no letter the back is the one who sent it to us can they do this and what do i need to do.

SS is exempt from a levy, THEY aren't allowed to take a penny. YOU have to explain that to your bank!

Finkelstein, Kern, Steinberg and Cunningham will sue you even if you are making payments to them under an agreement. I live in TN also and they sued me, but I will not have to go to court because I filed a chapter 13 and there is a stay on collection attempts.
