I have a personal loan with HFC for 22k. Huge interset rate. They offered an initial hardship program for 6 months, but at the end of that time would not extend it. I am facing foreclosure on 2 properties, am in danger of falling behind on my primary residence. I have a job that may terminate in September. My monthly pay is less than my mortgage. I can pay HFC $200 per month with great difficulty, but they won't negotaite and keep harassing me. Can you recommend a well-rated A rating deb settlement company with contact information? Please suggest something ASAP!
