I live in Minnesota and I have several PDL's which I need help with. They are: zip19 ($671.89)
Paydayone ($376)
cashnetusa ($376)
Ameriloan ($455)
usfastcash ($325)
SSM Group (currently owe $195, but I've paid them at least $1000)

I am either looking to consolidate, or figure something else out on how to pay these off. PLEASE HELP!!

I am unable to find any of the lenders you mentioned on either Minnesota's database of payday lenders or CSOs. Minnesota does require that any company doing business as a payday lender in their state be licensed by the state of Minnesota. There is a great article by Shazzers on how to deal with illegal lenders on this site, but basically you only have to pay the principal.

You need to contact them via a letter (certified mail)or fax (there are several sample letters you can use in the DIY section) and tell them you have discovered that they are not licensed to lend in Minn. and your state law requires that any payday lender doing business in the state of Minn. must be licensed by the state. Therefore you only owe the principal amount of the loan and would like them to contact you via a letter (in writing is always the best) to make arrangements to repay what you owe. In the case of SSM Group you need to see about a refund, if I'm reading your original post correctly.
