World Financial Bank WFNNB - store cards - settlement?

Has anybody ever settled a store card with World financial bank? I have a $5K balance from a furniture store. I have an extreme medical hardship which caused me to lose my job, so no money coming in. There is not much info in settling with this company. I need to settle this for 30%.
I would call DS Financial they settled my claims for less than 2
