Collections Pay day loans

If I have a pay day loan that goes to collections and I paid if before knowing that there was all of the stuff that I could do with the illegal PDL lenders is there a way that I can get that money back or am I pretty much out of luck on that?

these places won't give up overpaid money without a fight.that being said make sure you remember the pdl as i wouldn't put it past them to try and collect again.
