It is not up to your company to know that a PDL is legal or not.
It is not up to your company to know that a PDL is legal or not...it is your responsiblity to revoke the wage assignment as it is voluntary.

Even if you revoke it some will still try to enforce it! Go to you HR dept. and give them a copy of the revocation! There are still no guarantees that your company will honor your revocation! There was a case where a member went to her HR in Florida, where wage assignments are illegal to begin with, and gave the manager a copy of the revocation and a copy of the state law! The AH honored the assignment anyway! She went to the Dept. of Labor and they were clueless! Out two weeks pay due to ignorance of management and bureaucrats! That is an extreme situation but it can and did happen!
