hi i am in a bit of a pickle a company rang me yesterday saying i have been approved for a 7500 loan i need and they said i had to pay one months installment up front by western union i done thid than they said i had to pay 199 for the transfer i have not done this yet is this a scam please help amy

yes it is a scam.it is illegal to ask for,or demand money upfront for a loan.it's called the ADVANCE FEE LOAN SCAM.file FTC complaints against this scam outfit.when they call again tell them you reconsidred and ask for the money you paid refunded.they will talk around it,but just know they are in canada and you will not get this loan.above all else do not give the slime anymore money,and try to get them to refund any money given.chances are they won't,but it's worth a try.
