im unemployed and filied for unemployment benefits , they are take my whole check because i owe them money. could they take it all?
Will who take your check? Who is them? Generally unemployment

who is taking your umemployment?no collector even with a judgement can garnish unemployment.also if your unemployment is direct deposited and you can prove the onlt income going into the account is unemployment.they can't touch that.i'm curious as to who is telling you this as nobody can touch unemployment income even with a judgement.
