its been 3 years since i had a payday loan, now investigators are calling my mom saying if they dont hear from me by 5pm today they're going to issue a warrant for my arrest. im at a loss, im out of work with a new baby, what can i do!!!!????

No one can arrest you for defaulting on a loan. Next time they call, get their address or their fax and send them a validation and a verification letter via fax or certified mail in order to make them prove that you owe the debt and they have the right to collect it. If this is a scam, it will get rid of them.

get the number they gave your mother, and file FTC,and AG complaints.also have your mother file a police report as they broke the law by calling and telling her that.these losers are not investigators.they are as i stated losers who have to illegaly threaten because they have no legal way.once you file the complaints, and your mother files the police report.you ignore these clowns as you cannot be arrested for owing a debt.especially an internet pdl that is most likely illegal.
