Can they still schedule a court case? I checked the Clerk of the Court's webpage...They have filed a "Contract Complaint" and said they have attempted to deliver a Summons, but had "No contact"..Which is funny in itself because I work from home and am literally here every second of the day during the week!....The other issue is I sent the DV letter after 30 days....Do I need to do something else? (I sent it Return Mail/Certified 2 weeks ago) Thanks again for your help!...

well after 30 days they are not required to respond.what county are you in?i know in COOK COUNTY the sheriff must serve you personally.don't know about surrounding counties.i would see your court clerk for more answers on this.the county you reside in is key though.
