Wasn't there just a huge discussion in another thread - which you participated in Shazzers - regarding the LEGAL status of Elastic (which is affiliated with Urban Trust Bank) in Ohio? BTW - I like the way you deleted the lenghty post I left in response to this thread. Way to flex that "mod power" . . . especially after Vikas swore up and down a few years ago (when he still called himself "Denny" on the boards) that he would NEVER delete any posts since that would take away his first amendment protections, subject him to lawsuits, etc.

Oh and, regarding deleting your "long post", not to my knowledge, unless it was against the TOS or purposely flaming other members.
I don't appreciate you following me around on these threads attempting to make me look bad by correcting my information with insults.
It's clear your purpose here is not to help other people, but to cause trouble, and I will not tolerate it. If you have useful information you would like to provide to the original poster that is fine, leave your personal feelings and bitterness toward me out of it, for it serves no purpose because your opinion about me has no value to me.
Whether you are a disgruntled ex-member or not, makes no difference to me, what does matter is the way you go about providing that information. Now, I am finished trying to reason with you.
I will just apologize to the original poster because I inadvertently missed Elastic in the list of lenders, and will finish by saying, Elastic is a legal lender and it would be wise to make payment arrangements.
