I got a great deal with BOA,I settled 12,800 for 25% They set it up with 4 equal payments of 808.00 each spread over the next 90 day's.The only problem is they want give me a letter of terms or settlement until the thing is paid in full.

Very perplexing to say the least, has anyone had this problem as well? The account manager said he would fax and mail an agreement letter once the account was set up to make the 1st payment, no letter was sent. They are now telling me what I have stated above, that no such letter will be sent until the 4th payment has been received.

They seem to be honest, should I trust them or stop the next 3 payments?TIA

Greetings gator11,

Great settlement, my was 30.1%.
My settlement was 4 payments over 93 days.

Got the letter right at my first payment.
And it was just terms of the settlement and a lot of blah, blah, blah.

Is boa-the snake honest?
That's a subjective subject.

I'll pm you with a telephone number to call.
Don't want the snakes to change it.
Ask them for the letter.

They did the same thing with me. But they faxed the letter to me the next morning. the first payment I made was really small like $290 or something. Then 2 large payments in the following months. so if you are nervous about it, just set up the first payment for something small and then increase the last 2 payments.

Great settlement by the way!
