Ok just got off the phone with GLobal and they told me that they
Ok just got off the phone with GLobal and they told me that they dont have a website and they r a third party lender. It is Global Group Holdings LLC. Phone number is 800-783-4936. They told me their email adress is [EMAIL="globalcs@midlandcompanies.net"]globalcs@midlandcompanies.net[/EMAIL] can any verify that this is correct? I have a $300.00 loan with them and I have paid back $400.00. I live in NJ and they are prohibited here but was wondering what kind of lender Global is PDL or installment etc...?

I doubt they have a license in Pa anymore as payday loans are prohibited in Pa.

OK, Midland Marketing aka Bahamas Marketing Group is a payday lender, but I noticed they have a few P.O. Box addresses in a few different states, obviously it's because they aren't really located in the U.S. If you didn't obtain a loan from them my best guess is one of the other illegal lenders you had passed your account information off to Midland, which isn't at all uncommon in this industry it seems. So, if they do call again tell them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Before this is all over, you may need to have your phone number changed, Paydaloanyes are one of the worst of the worst and will pull out every trick in the book to squeeze money out of you. Too bad there isn't SOME way to get these scoundrels. Wouldn't it be fun to write an article specifically about them and submit it to several online news sites? I did that once, then sent the lender a link to the article, I informed them there would be a lot more where that came from if they didn't back off!

My loan document says Global Group LLC Midland Marketing. So Shazzers what you are saying is that this is the same company that operates Pay Day Yes? They arent calling me as I havent defaulted. I am trying to get a PIF from them. It would be awesome for articles via the web and news actually to bring this lending practice under the spot light!! People have no idea what really goes on with PDl's!
