How to Handle loan issue.

I live in Maine and took a $350 loan out on 5/13 with Ameriloan. since than they debited my account $120 every paycheck. SO far I have paid $480 to them with another $120 coming on 7/15- I filed a complaint with the BBB yesterday but have not heard back. Any advice? or knowledge of this company? or what the laws in maine are regarding this? Thanks

ameriloan is an illegal internet lender that will debit indefinitely.being as they are illegal you only owe the principle meaning you owe them nothing further.you need to close your account,and open a new one.then file AG,and FTC complaints against this bottomfeeder.above all else know they are illegal and you over paid them actually.
