CashNetUSA is used for online loans whereas AdvanceAmerica is used for storefront loans. Either way, I am hoping that something will change about these CSO's in Texas. With hte interest being charged, it seems to be in line with payday loans. It is the CSO fee that is rediculous.

Did anything ever happen here? I'm in the same position in Texas and was wondering if you ever were penalized in any way. Please advise.
CashNetUSA now a CAB
There was a recent change in Texas that CashNetUSA is now considered a CAB, Credit Access Business. This is even listed on their website. I am still trying to figure out what Texas is trying to accomplish with this new CAB. It still seems like a loophole for the loan companies to charge whatever they want for the fees but the interest is low.
