I recieved a court summons from CACH, LLC What should i Do?

I live in Rocky Mount, NC, and I recieved a court summons with CACH, LLC being the plantiff. Now first of all I have never even heard of this company nor have I ever recieved any previous notices from this company informing me that I owed them for a debt. No where on the judgement papers I recevied at my front door from the sheriff does it state how much I owe them it only states that they have entered a judgement against me and that I must fill out the attached exempt property forms and return within 20 days. Please Help me I do not know what to do.

As you have received a summons you need to answer to that, else Cach LLC may win a default judgment against you. Check your credit report if Cach is listed their on your credit report. To know if this debt is at all valid, you can visit the court from where you've received the summons.
